Joe is the General Manager of the Wyoming-Western Nebraska region as well as our fearless leader. He has been with Lamar since January 1998, so he knows a thing or two about Out of Home (OOH) advertising! Joe has done it all, starting as an installer before moving to sales, then to Sales Manager and now to the General Manager role. When he isn’t in our Casper office overseeing day-to-day operations, he is spending time with his 10 children – yes, you read that right! Joe and his high school sweetheart have hearts of gold. After having 3 children of their own, they adopted 7 more! Joe and his family love to spend time outdoors in the beautiful Wyoming wilderness, especially during the fall when all of Joe’s favorite things come together: hunting, fishing and pro football. Craig is the Sales Manager for the Wyoming and Western Nebraska region as well as the Market Manager for Southeast Wyoming. Craig has more than 15 years of experience in OOH advertising and has been with Lamar since October 2006. Craig fully understands the market and how OOH can help a business reach its target audience. When he isn’t running the sales team at Lamar, he’s running his two kids to their extracurricular activities. Jamie has been our Senior Real Estate Manager for over 15 years. With over 25 years in OOH, he oversees Lamar’s real estate portfolio throughout Wyoming and Western Nebraska, working with landowners to ensure we have plenty of inventory to help businesses share their message. Jamie is originally from the south but currently resides in Northern Colorado. He loves to spend time with his three sons when he isn’t assisting our landowners and developing new locations for our customers. Jamie is always available to assist with any leasing questions.
As our outstanding Office Manager, Shannon has been making our lives better since joining Lamar in April 2018. She has years of experience in administration and is also a SHRM-CP and a Notary. Born and raised on a ranch near Alcova, Wyoming - where she still lives and works today - you will find Shannon camping with her husband in the mountains, searching for rocks to add to her collection or gardening around her home in her free time. Shannon is dedicated to customer service and is always looking to help us work smarter. Shannon helps Lamar clients set up customer portals and can answer any billing questions. She is a great resource for you on your journey with Lamar!
Joe is our veteran Market Manager handling Western Wyoming since 2008. OOH comes naturally to Joe since he spends most of his free time outdoors! You can often find Joe skiing, hiking, biking, hunting or fishing. He also enjoys playing his fiddle with friends. Joe is a fantastic resource who can guide you on your OOH advertising path. Erin joined us in January 2020 as our Sales and Campaign Coordinator and moved to the Account Executive role for the Western Nebraska region in July 2023. She came to Wyoming from Arkansas with over 6 years of advertising experience and has loved learning all about OOH. When she isn't at the office, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, binge-watching her favorite shows, and spoiling her three fur children: Lily, Annie, and Ziggy. Matt is our Operations Manager and oversees all day-to-day functions. He has worked in OOH for over 13 years and has extensive experience in operations, starting as an installer and working his way up to heading our operations team. When Matt isn't saving the day at Lamar, he spends most of his time outdoors camping, hunting and fishing with his family. Matt is a great asset to our team and will make sure that everything runs smoothly for you from start to finish.
Brady joined our team in April 2023 as our Campaign Coordinator. Brady is a 5th generation Gale in Cheyenne as well as a University of Wyoming Alumni, which has become evident as he started working with local clients. "Brady knows everyone" is a well known phrase in the office. When out of the office Brady enjoys being a "Girl Dad" and coaching youth football in the Fall. His Summers are filled with country music and the mountains. If you don't know him yet chances are you will soon!
Dan has been part of our Casper install team since 2019. An Oklahoma native, he has embraced Wyoming life and enjoys spending time with his kids. You can often find them playing video games together. Dan works hard to make sure that your artwork is ready to go, installed correctly and on-time and that your advertisement is ready to be seen by your audience.
Aaron Pickinpaugh has always called Casper home and joined our installation team there in November 2020. He likes to keep busy and spends his free time longboarding, camping, shooting, cooking, driving, playing video games and participating in axe-throwing tournaments. Aaron is an important part of our Lamar family and he will do his best every day to bring your outdoor advertising campaigns to life.
Aidan joined our Cheyenne office installation team in August 2021. Originally from Oregon, Aidan now calls Wyoming home. He is a United States Air Force veteran and a 5th generation wheat farmer. He enjoys going on adventures with his girlfriend, riding horses, dirt biking and restoring old cars, one of which is a beautiful, fully restored 1968 Mustang. Aidan is a great addition to our team and works hard to make sure your business stands out among the rest.
Michael joined our Cheyenne installation team in December 2021 and brings a high level of fun and energy! Michael grew up in Lakeland, FL and has spent a lot of time traveling. He enjoys cars, gaming, 3D game design and anything tech-based. Michael also loves spending time with his soon-to-be fiancé, Mariah, and their child, Alexandre. Michael is an asset to our installation team and works hard to make sure your billboard looks its best.
Maika recently joined our Casper office installation team in February 2022. A Pacific Islander from Tonga, he spent much of his early life growing up in both Detroit and Portland, OR. He likes to spend his free time in the gym, especially the weight room. We are so thankful to have Maika on our team - he works hard to make your billboards look great!
