Commuting & Travel On the Rise in 2022

A new survey from The Harris Poll confirms that consumers will be on the roads this spring and summer, marked by a return to commuting and plans for summer vacations.
According to recent findings, more than 80% of respondents expect to commute to work by this spring while 85% plan to vacation this summer.
In addition to increased travel and commuting, the survey findings also suggest a growing unfavorable view towards online advertising. Consumers are ignoring online ads and expressing annoyance when ads interrupt content.
With travel increasing, consumers spending more time in their cars and a general unfavorable view towards online ads, billboard advertising will be even more effective in reaching the masses and connecting brands to targeted audiences.
