Commuters in Vancouver will soon be able to charge their phones and enjoy free WiFi connectivity while waiting for the train, thanks to a new product from Lamar Advertising. Lamar has plans to install the WiFi recharge zone kiosks, which include built in charging cords, in a number of Expo Line, Millennium Line and Canada Line stations in Vancouver.



Advertisers will have the opportunity to sponsor the WiFi recharge zones and feature their brand on wall and floor graphics and on two digital screens on the kiosk, inviting consumers to enjoy free WiFi and recharge their mobile devices.
