Lamar Advertising Expands Out of Home Inventory in Sacramento with Acquisition of Assets from Marquee Media

Company adds digital billboards and static bulletins to current inventory in and around the California state capital

Baton Rouge, LA – December 21, 2022  – Lamar Advertising, a leader in outdoor advertising, today announced that the company is extending its billboard footprint into Sacramento with the acquisition of 11 digital displays and 6 static bulletins from Marquee Media. The acquisition significantly expands Lamar’s presence in the region, complementing and amplifying the company’s existing transit inventory.

The additional Lamar billboards are all ideally situated along the most densely traveled roadways in and around the city. The digital billboards will be the only displays within Sacramento approved to accept advertising from alcoholic retailers.
