How do I find a sales office or rep in my area?
We have individual websites for the markets in which we operate. On the local websites, you can access office contact information on the homepage. To get to a local website, click Find an Office and then search by zip code or view a complete list of office locations.

You can also access contact information for a local sales rep in the Browse Inventory section. Search by Lamar Panel number, CBSA, zip or county, then click on an individual panel or bus route. The contact information will be displayed in the sidebar on the right hand side of the screen.
I want to advertise in a specific market. How can I find media locations that you offer?
Click Browse Inventory and search by panel number, CBSA, county or zip code. This tool allows you to view market coverage, find a local contact, access local and national rate cards and save your favorites all in one place.

The green clusters shown on the map indicate areas where we have inventory. Zoom in and click on an individual panel to view a photo sheet, map, the panel number, location, media type, impressions and more. You can add the panel to your favorites, request a quote from the local office or view a 4 week rate card.

In the right hand pane, you can also access contact info, view products that are available in the market you search for, access the local rate card or download the complete rate card in Excel. If you need help reading the rate card, simply click the Information button. You can also search and add Points of Interest on the map.

On the individual product pages (for example: Bulletins or Bus pages), you can view a list of markets in which we offer a specific product by selecting Markets on the green menu. You can also filter by product on the list of office locations to see what offices offer the OOH media you're looking for.

Lamar offers a wide variety of outdoor media choices to fit your budget and successfully target your audience. Visit the Browse Inventory section to find rates for a specific market. When you search or zoom into a specific area, click View Pricing in the sidebar on the right hand side of the screen.
Can I pay my bill online?
You can make payments online through the Lamar Customer Portal. Please visit lamar.com/payments for additional information.
What is the normal billing cycle?
Customers are billed every 4 weeks. Weekly billing aligns Out-of-Home advertising with other traditional media, making OOH more comparable with media that utilize a weekly broadcast calendar.

Weekly billing provides benefits to both buyers and sellers:
  • Weekly posting and billing allows buyers to schedule an outdoor campaign based on any number of weeks.
  • Weekly billing more accurately reflects actual media delivery while daily billing based on a 30-day month is less accurate (i.e. February with 28 days under delivers audience while August with 31 days over delivers audience).
  • Weekly billing aligns with new industry ratings systems that will be based on weekly cumulative measures.
  • Broadcast media utilize a broadcast calendar that is based on campaign weeks that start every Monday.
Please contact your sales rep or the office manager at your local Lamar office with questions about billing.

May I use material (copy/photos) owned by others in my advertising?
Here's a basic overview about Copyright, Photograph and Trademark rules:

Copyrights: A copyright is an original work created by a person. If you want to use written material, photos, or artwork in your advertisement created by someone else, you need written permission from the copyright owner. Most material available on the Internet is protected by copyright in the same way as works published through other media. An owner need not register a copyright to obtain copyright protection.

Photographs: Advertisers must obtain permission of the copyright owner of a photograph (usually the photographer). If the photograph is of a person, you will need permission of the person depicted in the photograph to use his or her likeness.

Trademark: A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol, or design that identifies and distinguishes the source of goods or services. Like copyrights, one must obtain permission to use a trademark belonging to another in its advertisement. Altering another’s trademark for use in your advertisement may constitute trademark dilution and infringement.

There are many exceptions to the copyright and trademark rules. Please ask your Lamar sales rep for assistance in creating original advertisements or obtaining permission to use works belonging to others.
