Lamar Delivers Revenue Share Overage To City of Kelowna

Lamar Transit Advertising Canada was pleased to deliver a revenue share overage cheque of over $27,000 to the city of Kelowna this June. Lamar has been the City of Kelowna's transit advertising licensee since 2001. 

"The City of Kelowna has been a valued and supportive partner of Lamar over the years and we look forward to growing our partnership into the future", says Dan Maure, General Manager and Vice President of Lamar BC.

"I want to give special acknowledgement to Pierre Piche, our Okanagan Account Manager, to who we can directly attribute much of our success in Kelowna. Well done Pierre!"

WiFi Recharge Stations Coming Soon

Commuters in Vancouver will soon be able to charge their phones and enjoy free WiFi connectivity while waiting for the train, thanks to a new product from Lamar Advertising. Lamar has plans to install the WiFi recharge zone kiosks in a number of Expo Line, Millennium Line and Canada Line stations in Vancouver.
