In anticipation of the 10th Annual Advertising Week in New York on September 23-27, OAAA and its members launched an out-of-home advertising campaign to spotlight the power of the medium, especially its influential relationship with social media. Lamar Advertising Company donated space on digital billboards nationwide for the campaign.
Running from September 16-27, the #everywhereUR campaign could be seen on billboards, bus shelters, and other OOH formats in New York and across the US.
Throughout Advertising Week, the public was urged to tweet photos using the hashtag #everywhereUR. Each tweeted photo could end up on a billboard in Times Square.
The #everywhereUR campaign reached 274,671 social media users with 436,672 timeline deliveries with hundreds of Times Square activations.
